Terms of Service & FAQ
| Requesting a commission |

| - I may or may not accept your commission due to limited availability. This does not reflect my personal opinion toward you or your character. I reserve the right to refuse a commission without further explanation. |
| - I will NOT accept commissions containing underage/"cub" characters, nonconsensual acts, extremely unsanitary scenarios (e.g. scat), gore, "hard" vore, etc. |
| - I am OK with most consensual kinks outside of the above limitations. If you aren't sure about your preferred content, just ask! |
| Payment |

| - Payment on all commissions must be made in advance, before work begins. I do not currently accept payment plans. |
| - A partial refund can be considered if the sketch WIP is unsatisfactory. The cost of the sketch will be deducted from the refunded commission total. |
| Revisions |
|---|
| - A sketch WIP is sent for most commission types to ensure satisfaction. Sketch commissions are usually only sent in their "final" form, but can be adjusted all the same. Revisions can be made at this time to adjust the character. An entire redraw will, however, warrant an extra fee. |
| - After coloring or toning a drawing to completion, we can still make minor adjustments if needed. |
| - If extensive revisions are requested due to a client's change of heart, such as new character information that was not supplied with the commission request, an extra fee will likely be issued. |
| Use of Commissions |

| - Completed commissions can be used for personal purposes only, such as: posting to your social media accounts (with credit), printing for yourself, & sharing amongst friends. |
| - Commissions can NOT be used for commercial purposes by anyone other than the artist, as it is a service rendered - not a transfer of ownership. |
| - While I do not currently sell prints or commission files, legally I have the right to share & sell completed commissions in physical or digital format (such as prints, high-resolution files, or drawing process videos). It's important to keep that in mind, even if I don't participate in sales of that nature at the moment. |

| Trades: very rarely between friends. Free requests: pretty much never, unless I ask specifically for request prompts. I just don't have the time :'( |
